The unlucky Reno man, who has been unemployed for most of the past 15 years, underwent a drastic change in his fortune when he won the $888,585.03 jackpot while playing with a penny slot at the Atlantis Casino Resort & Spa in Reno, Nevada. Lawrence Fuller won the jackpot after placing a $1.80 bet on a penny slot machine. Mr. Fuller has been almost unemployed for the past 15 years, with the exception of his landscape job working here and there.

Mr. Fuller was playing the game for only 20 minutes when he hit the jackpot at 1:52 a.m. on Sunday morning. Surprisingly, he has since won all eight additional jackpots on the Atlantis slot machine, totaling $903,646. All of his jackpots have been found to be legal with low average bets.

Mr. Fuller calls his win "life-changing" and says he plans to save it in the bank until he decides what to do with it. The machine Mr. Fuller was playing is the Super Lucky Times Pay machine, a progressive machine that started 12 years ago with $1,000 in stock.

While this is one of the biggest jackpots on penny slot machines over the last decade, big ones are common in Atlantis. In 2017, one guest received nearly $2 million in Keno, and in 2014, one guest received nearly $4 million on a Wheel of Fortune slot machine.

The win is the latest in a string of wins over the past nine days at Atlantis. On Jan. 1, Nancy K. won $34,955.26 in Money Madness, and on Dec. 28, Cyrus Brad Miller won $25,000 in Bad Beat. 파워볼사이트
